Send us your job description for your Virtual Assistant or save time and have our Recruitment Manager do it for you.
Our experienced Recruitment team in the Philippines will then source your virtual assistant, screen, interview and match a candidate who would be perfect for your role.
Our recruitment process includes a thorough assessment of each candidate including their work environment.
We will arrange an interview with your virtual assistant over Skype/SuiteBox.
After you choose your Virtual Assistant, we’ll organise the paperwork, contracts, Payroll etc.
MCA will organise all commencement tasks for your virtual assistant, dates and times to suit your requirements.
