In the event you authorise your virtual assistant to access your internal systems such as email, calendars, CRM, document management etc. your virtual assistant will not share any content with third parties without your consent.
It is solely the customer responsibility to notify any senders of information or responses, that you have delegated to an MCA virtual assistant the access to your appropriate systems. Therefore their information may be observed by the assistant on your behalf.
