EXECUTIVE VIRTUAL ASSISTANT NEEDED

Must be able to handle administrative tasks and deliver high quality work under minimum supervision.
- 50,000 PHP for 180 hours per month (Fulltime) plus benefits
- Day job
- Saturday and Sunday off
- Working with an Australian client
Work from home qualifications
- At least 5 years proven Executive Virtual Assistant experience is a MUST!
- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Must be living in the Philippines
- Strong internet connection
Skills
- Email Management (Gmail, Outlook, Google Drive, Microsoft 365, Mailchimp)
- Administrative work, data entry and online research
- Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
- Can attend to clients’ queries via phone, email and Skype
- Maintain calendar and set up meetings
- Able to manage files in electronic forms using applications such as Dropbox and Google Drive
- Booking Travel & Accommodation
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Social Media Management (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Handle confidential client information
- Bookkeeping (desirable)
