How it all began

When CEO David Thompson travelled around Asia for work purposes, he was appalled to witness the bad treatment of Filipinos.

Something had to change.

In October 2015, David and his colleague Janiene founded My Cloud Assistant (MCA) with the aim to provide talented virtual assistants from the Philippines with a worthwhile job and fair pay. At the same time, Australian businesses reap the benefits from working with highly qualified virtual staff who have a strong work ethic and are trustworthy. It’s a win-win situation for everyone.

In addition, our offshore staff in the Philippines need to have two overseas referees and complete a Myer-Briggs personality test.
